As the agricultural and food processing industries continue to evolve, there is an increasing shift toward automation to enhance product quality and minimize human error. Tea, being one of the most consumed beverages globally, requires precise post- harvest handling to maintain its therapeutic and nutritional value. Traditional processing methods often lack the technological sophistication needed to regulate heat, leading to the devastating loss of essential antioxidants and polyphenols. To address these challenges, our project focuses on the design and fabrication of a hybrid tea leaves processing machine that prioritizes nutrient preservation through advanced thermal control.
