Die Welt hat drei Dimensionen des Raums: Länge, Breite und Tiefe und eine Dimension der Zeit. Quantenfeldtheorie kombiniert, spezielle Relativitätstheorie und probabilistische QM. Max Plancks Untersuchung der Schwarzkörperstrahlung begründete die QM, Atome, absorbieren und emittieren Quanten der elektromagnetischen Strahlung, als quantenharmonische Oszillatoren. Licht sind Photonen . Elektromagnetismus ist ein Feld mit elektrischen Potentialen an jedem Punkt im Raum. Licht und Materie sind Wellen und Teilchen. Fraktale sind bei unterschiedlichen Vergrößerungen gleich. In der Stringtheorie sind Teilchen eindimensionale Strings mit Masse, Ladung, Kandidaten für eine Theorie von allem. Materie wird in der QM als Branes durch den Raum beschrieben.
