Целью данной книги было изучение средней цены городских участков в Лондрине за период 2011-2014 гг. Наша первоначальная гипотеза заключалась в том, что восточная часть Лондрины в 2011-2014 гг. подорожала больше, чем другие районы города, с точки зрения цены за квадратный метр незастроенных городских участков. Одним из объяснений такого роста стоимости могут быть новые инвестиции и застройка восточной части города, такие как комплекс Marco Zero, Федеральный технологический университет Параны (UTFPR), первый планируемый район Лондрины (Parque Tauá) и другие, которые способствовали росту рынка недвижимости. С этой целью мы провели исследование рекламных объявлений в газете Folha de Londrina за период с 2011 по 2014 год, в ходе которого обратились к разделу недвижимости в первое воскресенье каждого месяца, чтобы выяснить цену за квадратный метр участков без построек в городе Лондрина.
