Для оценки потенциально нецелесообразных назначений (ПНП) в гериатрии используются критерии Бира и критерии СТОПП . Цель работы -оценить структуру нецелесообразных назначений у пожилых пациентов с помощьюкритериев БЕЕРьС и СТОПП, а также оценить состояние функционального снижения с помощьюиндекса Картца . Исследование проводилось на базе больницы Вимс. В него быливключены 275 пациентов, проходивших лечение в различных отделениях в возрасте 65 лет и старше . Для отбора участников использовался метод простой случайной выборки. Отмеченывозраст, пол, отделение, жалобы, история болезни, история приема лекарств, курение, прием алкоголя, профессия, сопутствующие заболевания, диагноз и лечение.
