It is loped these will be interesting to those who knew and loved him; and that the record of his devotedness to his Master’s cause will arouse and stimulate fresh zeal for the cause he had so near at heart, and for which he gave his life.The following words of his, in reply to an address of congratulation from Christians and non-Christians, presented to him at Nazareth on the completion of 32 years of mission service, will reveal the true character of the man and the secret of his spiritual strength:
