Les impacts du sel sur le développement et le rendement des plantes sont nombreux. Chez plusieurs espèces végétales, les dégâts produits par le stress salin se manifestent communément par une séquence de changements morphologiques et physiologiques à différents stade. La germination et les premiers stades de croissance sont cruciaux pour l’établissement des espèces se développant dans des environnements salins. Notre but est de mettre en lumière les nuances que pourraient présenter les composantes osmotique et ioniques du stress salin en fonction du mode d’application du sel, et de comparer les mécanismes de résistance que déclencheraient les deux cinétiques d’imposition du sel à différentes stade de croissance chez cet espèce. Dans une première étape ont a réalisé une étude comparée de la germination des graines de l’Atriplex halimus et étudier les processus liés à la germination. Un deuxième axe consiste à l’étude des paramètres racinaires liés à la tolérance à la salinité au stade juvénile de développement de la plante, la troisieme partie est basée sur l’étude du rôle du calcium sous forme de CaCl2 et CaSO4.
