Les micro-organismes probiotiques sont très sensibles aux conditions environnementales et aux processus physiques et chimiques nécessaires pour les formuler sous différentes formes pharmaceutiques. L’objectif de ce travail est de trouver une méthode appropriée pour conserver les micro-organismes probiotiques une fois qu’ils ont été microencapsulés. Pour ce faire, différentes procédures de lyophilisation sont proposées et la manière dont elles affectent la survie des probiotiques une fois microencapsulés et les caractéristiques des microparticules est étudiée.
