Dopiero więc na początku XXI wieku, pod wpływem inicjatywy europejskiej, niektóre państwa członkowskie zaczęły zajmować się szeroko dyskutowaną kwestią celowości wprowadzenia pozwów zbiorowych w prawie konkurencji. W świetle tej europejskiej woli politycznej niniejsza książka poświęcona porównaniu prawa francuskiego i brytyjskiego ma na celu zbadanie korzyści i wad wynikających z takich powództw.
