I share with you everything I have learned along the way, from methods and techniques to advice that I consider essential for achieving physical and mental health.The third part of the book is dedicated to my passion for sports, exposing historical untruths and manipulations, which is why the book is called WARS FOR CREATION AND THE GAME OF HIDDEN INTENTIONS. Through this part, I want to share my beliefs, passions, and vision for the future, hoping that it will encourage you to think deeper and maybe even inspire you to take action.
