El análisis de la vulnerabilidad social en el bachillerato tecnológico es de gran relevancia, por lo que se realizó una investigación cualitativa con un paradigma interpretativo de carácter fenomenológico, el cual permite capturar la esencia de las experiencias tal como la presentan las conciencias de los estudiantes en su travesía y hasta la culminación. Tiene como propósito conocer las situaciones de vulnerabilidad social desde el significado que le dan los estudiantes en su experiencia. Se desarrolla en una escuela federal de la ciudad de Chihuahua del nivel medio superior, cuyos participantes son los estudiantes. En esta investigación se devela la vulnerabilidad social en el material empírico, en el cual se manifestaron las siguientes categorías: El alumno como un cero a la izquierda, con el agua hasta el cuello en los estudios del bachillerato, la familia como un dulce amargo y el doloroso giro del reloj.
