روزهای روشن اثر اشرف فروغ، داستانی عاشقانه است که منظری روانشناسانه ارائه می‌دهد. روزهای روشن، داستان دختر جوانی است که در افغانستان زندگی می‌کند و با آشفتگی درونی دست و پنجه نرم می‌کند. گذشتهٔ سارا پر فراز و نشیب بوده و منجر به رشد یک روان پیچیده شده است. طرح داستان از جایی آغاز می‌شود که سارا برای فرار از گذشته‌اش، به پسری علاقه نشان می‌دهد. موانع عاطفی و روانی این رابطه، شالودهٔ اصلی داستان را تشکیل می‌دهداز متن کتابگفت: بسیار یک چیز لوده و بدبخت و غمگین است همی قصه عشق و دوست داشتن آدم‌ها. بی‌ناموس‌ها دنیا ره کشف می‌کنند خو وقتی پای عشق ده بین بیایه باز دیگه منطق‌شان به کلی لنگ می‌شه. باز بدی عشق ای است که آدم‌ها عاشق تصویر خودساخته خود‌شان می‌شن و او تصویر ره اوقدر بال و پر می‌تن که تا بالاخره او تصویر جان گرفته و واقعی جلوه کند. مثل تصویری که تو از سارا ساخته بودی و برش بال و پر داده بودی. پای عشق که ده میان میایه آدم‌ها قشنگ‌ترین نقاب‌شان ره به چهره خود‌شان می‌زنند چون ده ای دنیا کسی وجود نداره که دوست داشته شدن ره خوش نداشته باشهBright daysAshraf Frugh`s novel is a romantic tale told through a psychological lens.
