He seems to know their every move, and stays one step ahead of them. Jessie McCloud, a nurse, becomes involved in the murders when she walks home as a murder is committed. during the early hours of the morning. Jessie is interrogated in case she has some way of proving who the killer is. The killer becomes arrogant and the killings increase exponentially. Detectives at the NYPD have no clues to follow up on, even though the serial killer becomes sloppy and leaves traces of his DNA behind on the murder scenes. A profiler from the FBI is called in to exact a profile on the killers personality. Jessie is kidnapped while Detective John Doyle disappears. An APB is put out to find John Doyle, and a massive search is launched for the missing Jessie McCloud. Are the police good enough to close the circle on the Sociopathic serial killer?
