Nicolas BALUTET
A key figure in Spanish contemporary art, Antonio de Felipe, born in Valencia in 1965, has built an unmistakable visual universe where pop culture, art history, cinema, advertising, religion and identity converge. Trained at the Faculty of Fine Arts of San Carlos, and marked by his experience as an advertising art director, his style combines color, humor and irony, without ever renouncing technical precision or a deep symbolic charge. Halfway between homage and criticism, his work, inscribed in the pop art tradition, invites a multiple and open reading.
