Jareth Cole / Rebecca Stanton
A rigorous practical guide to the Ars Paulina, this book maps the 360 Degree Angels and 24 Angels of the Hours into a disciplined system of occult practice.Drawing on the Ars Paulina as presented in the Lemegeton, Jareth Cole develops two complementary currents: the fixed intelligence of the angel governing the natal solar degree and the mutable influence of the angels governing the unequal hours of day and night. The reader is guided through calculating the Sun’s exact degree with ephemerides, identifying the corresponding angelic name and seal, and determining true planetary hours from sunrise and sunset. The book then moves from calculation to operation: preparing the ritual space, sharpening intention, establishing first contact, performing invocation, distinguishing when to work with a Degree Angel or an Hour Angel, and recording responses in a disciplined logbook. Advanced chapters show how to combine fixed zodiacal force with a chosen temporal current in a single working.Throughout, the emphasis falls on precision, repetition, attention, and personal responsibility rather than spectacle. For readers of ceremonial magic, the Solomonic tradition, angelology, occultism, and esoteric astrology, this is a structured manual for turning the architecture of the Ars Paulina into sustained practice.
