Julie Chapus
Miss Julie is the founder and director of Christ for Kids Ministries. Julie started this ministry after Jesus set her free and escape a cult. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan (2001), and earned her cosmetology license in 2017,and NY State cosmetology instructor license 2021. Miss Julie is a Trauma Informed Trainer with TINRC under the Office of Mental Health.Since her calling to children’s ministry in 2012, Julie authored a number of Bible-based books, encouraging kids to live out God’s Word becoming strong in their identity to protect them from predators. Julie has taught the Bible through imaginative play workshops, and is currently engaged in writing and running programs for teens, she is committed to helping others break out of bondage from cults, and much worse the bondage of human trafficking. Julie understands firsthand the methods used to recruit, groom, and brainwash unsuspecting victims. Being sincerely thankful for everything in our lives can do wonderful things for us, and for those around us. True thankfulness provides us with keys that can unlock many doors that have been keeping us trapped or stuck in bad situations and negative emotions.
