La máquina de influir de Víctor Tausk se encuentra entre la máquina surrealista propuesta por Lacan, al referirse al funcionamiento de la pulsión, y la tensión ineludible del doble en el mecanismo de la proyección. Tausk, contemporáneo de Freud, pretende articular una relación nosológica entre las psicosis y la transferencia psicoanalítica. Esta postulación no era del todo disparatada teniendo en cuenta las propias aportaciones de Freud con el caso Schreber, de 1912.Este texto de Tausk, escrito en 1918, también navega en los alrededores de estas oscilaciones.
