This comprehensive workbook is the cornerstone of the RARE-9 Jaguar Organization’s mission to provide a safe and nurturing environment that fosters mentorship, leadership, advocacy, motivational speaking, tutoring, counseling and scholarship assistance. RARE-9 Jaguar is dedicated to mentoring all youths while making appropriate referrals as necessary, with a special focus on helping young black men navigate and resist the temptations of gun violence.
