Within Foundations, we identify the most basic fruits we can experience and enjoy in our lives as Christians. The goal of this book, Our Fruits of Christianity: Foundations (and the others in the series), is not to place boundaries on a Christian’s life; instead, it is to celebrate some of the natural and spiritual gifts that come as a result of orderliness and perseverance in a life lived according to the Bible. We all grow differently off the Branch. Our job isn’t to dictate what we produce but rather to cling tightly to the Branch and allow God to minister to each of us individually according to the call He has placed on our lives. Many times, this growth births fruit for us to enjoy and even share with the rest of the Body of Christ. As a physical human body has many parts, the Body of Christ has many parts. The 'parts' are people who give expression to the various gifts, talents, and calls given directly from the Branch. The fruit of our Christianity is for recognition, for use, and spiritual food. Each daily topic is scripture-rich. Some topics will reflect journeys you have already experienced, and others may be things that God is presenting to you for development. None of the fruits discussed should be viewed as things a believer must produce; instead, they are attributes that God directs through His Branch connection to you in His perfect order and timing. Each book in the series may be used as a stand-alone study, and a companion study journal is available for each book.
