Premunida de cintas de casetes, fanzines fotocopiados, registros sonoros y evidencia tan efímera como irrefutable, escribe una historia de movimientos andinos que se cuentan como desacatos: el de los migrantes que, desde la medianoche de los ochenta, internan los repertorios de música y danza andina que iluminan las poblaciones; el de los okupas de los noventa que, cuando las ruinas de lo público se convierten en propiedad privada, abren casas que propician la mezcla de los acordes del hardcore-punk de cuneta con el compás del tinku; sobre todo, el desacato de quienes, ya en los dos mil, siguen enseñando que los pasos de baile permiten esquivar las lacrimógenas y el hambre, encarnar memorias e invocar utopías. 10
