Navigating students through both the academic and emotional journey, this book draws on Katelyn Cano’s experiences as a first-generation college student. More than Before is now used at several non-profits, high schools and universities on the West Coast. Katelyn has pledged to donate 50% of her earnings from the book to classrooms and education related programs.Katelyn Cano is a Bay Area native. She put herself through undergrad and graduate school and because of her life’s experience thus far, Katelyn is most passionate about education and assisting youth with their academic endeavors. She spends her free time traveling, reading, and studying history and archaeology. You’ll find Katelyn at museums, book stores, libraries and archaeological sites.
