Bachelor Thesis from the year 2005 in the subject Ergonomics, grade: 9,5, , course: Design, language: Portugues, abstract: Esta monografia apresenta uma Intervenção Ergonômica, na COLISEU - Companhia de Limpeza e Serviços Urbanos em São Luís - MA, no trabalho dos agentes de limpeza urbana. O método utilizado foi a Intervenção Ergonomizadora, proposta por MORAES E MONT´ALVÃO (1998), onde foi abordada apenas a fase I - Apreciação. Foram realizadas observações assistemáticas, entrevistas abertas, onde os resultados das mesmas serviram de base para formulação da entrevista estruturada aplicada aos agentes de limpeza urbana, em sua maioria analfabeta. As entrevistas e as observações forneceram informações inerentes às tarefas, ao ambiente, a organização e constrangimentos ergonômicos.
