Spying literally means to watch from a distance. In this paper, the work of designing and implementing process of an Android based spy robot is described. The main purpose behind developing this robot is for the surveillance of human activities in the war field or get to know about the situation if a disaster occurs, to decrease the risk of a life. The robot along with camera can wirelessly transmit real time video with night vision capabilities, and with multi-sensor capabilities. This robot is used to collect information from the remote terrain and monitor that information at a far secure place with the help of IOT technology. It is widely used because of its simplicity and ability to modify to meet change of needs.
