Microcredit plays an indispensable and essential role in the socio-economic development of poor populations and has proven successful in developing countries as a provider of jobs, income, goods and services for the survival of people living in the informal sector. Microcredit has therefore emerged in socio-economic life as a lifeline with a positive impact on socio-economic development. This book aims to highlight the impact of microcredit on beneficiary households of COOPEC FOMULAC-KATANA on the change in their socio-economic situation in the Irhambi/Katana Group, Kabare territory in South Kivu Province.
