This publication is a soul art production presented by the Royal Court of Love (Divaan E Ishq) as a Coffee Table Art Book and brings the recipient into a visually lyrical journey of love, longing, separation, and union. These themes experienced universally by seekers of various paths shed light on mortal love as a mandatory means in understanding the Alchemy of Divine Love. The artworks of Sumaya Amba (d.2013) was entrusted to her friend and mystical collaborator, Alicia Ali, as a legacy to deliver a vital trust. Upon Amba's passing, the trust had to be carried out and after a nine-year gestation period, was completed on February 19th, marking the same day the two friends initially met.  Sumaya whose family comes from Hijaz, Saudi Arabia, was a student of Sufism and a disciple of one of the most renowned Sufi Masters of this century. In harmony with her intuitive faculties and a devotional heart, Dr Wejdan, Amba’s maternal niece, was brilliantly placed into the project and shares her experience in the Foreword. Subsequently, Noon with whom this joint journey began was brought into the closing of this sublime offering as expressed through her Afterword. During the life of Sumaya Amba, a collection of her artworks were carefully selected and paired with 21 corresponding poems of Alicia Ali, both of which are presented in this publication.  Our second edition of an audio MYSTICAL TECHNO LYRICAL TRANCE production with Anakhemia is currently in the works and soon to be released. 3

Originally written by hand, the author has traversed a fine line betw...

  • Polishing the Silver
    Jennifer Chrystie
‘There’s a touch of both Dickinson and Larkin in Jennifer Chrystie’s mature exhumation of the tales and tropes of family. Figures who could so easily flit like phantoms in her well honed poetry are palpably enjoying an after-life in the poet’s ability to redeem through deep understanding. The collection arcs from, at one extreme, the parsimonies of the household, to the transce...

  • One Kiss
    Edward V Bonner
The very title of Edward V. Bonner's first volume of poetry, One Kiss (Ingram, 2015), suggests some ways in which the poems inside balance the universal with the particular. Most of the poems examine the themes of beauty and risk, pleasure and danger, in the context of one of three kinds of relationships: to romantic partners, to the spiritual world, and to the world of nature....
