Frazier

The third book in the popular Stray Cat Stories series; this is based on a true story.  Frazier visited the author’s backyard one day looking hungry and thirsty. She made sure he got plenty of fresh food and water and kept an eye out for him. She knew life on the street could be dangerous for a cat. When he showed up with an injured eye and one ear bent over, she knew he needed to see a vet right away, but how would she catch him? Enlisting the help of a local animal rescue group, she was able to catch him safely and get him medical attention. The vet said that Frazier’s injured eye would have to come out. Despres knew he couldn’t live on the streets any longer and arrangements were made to put him up for adoption once he had recovered from his injuries. But who would want a cat with only one eye? The rescue group spread the word, and the response was amazing! Everyone wanted to take this one-eyed cat home! In the end, he found his forever home with a kind lady and her cat, Snow White who was also a special needs cat, she was completely blind! That was no problem for Frazier, he used his one eye to become Snow White’s guide cat! A sweet story about a cat who rises above his own difficulties by helping someone else.
