Ewald’s Wisdom

Ewald’s Wisdom: 50 Mind Hacks for Mind, Body, and Soul, was conceived by the author whilst Chairman of the Body Stress Release (BSR) Association of South Africa. It is his way of contributing to the preservation of one of the two founders’ wisdom. Although the co-founders, Ewald and Gail Meggersee worked together on developing the BSR technique, each had their own unique style. On Ewald’s passing in 2013, he took much of his unrecorded wisdom to the grave. This book attempts to capture some of his wisdom, much of which is fundamental to the BSR ethos, and well known to the practitioners, but very relevant and applicable to servicing the mind, body, and soul aspects of everyone’s life. Written as fifty discrete elements the book serves to summarise the essence of Ewald’s ’one-liners’ - wisdoms he often used in his teachings. These wisdoms are supplemented with additional quotes, useful ’Life Hacks’, and the experience of the author.
