Dynamically Stable Resonators in Nd

The development of reliable lasers with high beam quality has been one of the pillars of technological progress in recent decades, with applications ranging from industry to scientific research. This work presents the study and experimental construction of a solid-state laser based on dynamically stable resonators, where the aim is to preserve beam quality even in the face of the challenge posed by the stability range limited by thermally induced birefringence. The book revisits, in an objective and didactic way, the theoretical foundations of resonators, serving as an introduction to the subject, and describes in detail the practical implementation of the system developed during the master’s degree. More than just reporting results, the book establishes a bridge between theory and laboratory practice, offering support to students and researchers interested in applied optics and the development of new laser sources.
