DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF CABLE STAYED STRUCTURES

This book aims to give a clear and coherent understanding of the excitation mechanisms which excite cables in structures. A static and dynamic analysis is undertaken to investigate the behaviour of cables. A comprehensive theory is given for the free, linear vibrations of the suspended cable.
