O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar diferentes políticas de gestão da procura de estacionamento nas universidades privadas do sul de Cali. Para o efeito, será realizada uma modelação estocástica baseada em escolhas discretas para avaliar a elasticidade da procura associada à utilização do estacionamento. A proposta procura também identificar possíveis soluções alternativas para reduzir o número de veículos nas estradas, reduzindo assim o congestionamento de veículos na zona sul da cidade, bem como a poluição ambiental, os tempos de viagem dos utilizadores e a procura de estacionamento nas universidades.
