Bjørnen Tor får ikkje lov til å gå opp på loftet aleine. Ein dag gjer han det likevel, og øydelegg dessverre  ei lita øgle som er mennesket si. For å kjøpe ei ny må han bli med til Barcelona.   Der finn han ut at det er lurare med shorts enn ullgenser når det er varmt. At norske pengar ikkje verkar der,  og at ikkje alle bussar går dit dei vil.   Han finn ut mykje anna også, men finn han øgla som han er på jakt etter? Og kva skjer viss han finn ho?
