The feeling of pain is strongly present in the stories of Sarwar Alam Raz. He is primarily a poet and has lived in America for a long time. After retiring from his job, he took up fiction writing. His creative mind and deep observation of life and vast experience made him write great and beautiful stories. Most of his tendency is towards realism and in this regard, he has kept the plot, characters and language and narration very close to the real and daily life. This collection 'Bhagwan Ki Maya (The miracle of God)' contains some of his selected short stories.
