Improving the behavior of individuals, groups, and organizations, as well as identifying potential solutions, requires a detailed analysis in both theory and practice. This study is based on the author’s personal interest. Problem areas in general didactics include the scope of the field, which places a strong emphasis on general education schools, while neglecting informal and non-formal learning processes as well as formal learning in other educational institutions.
